Shareholder Remuneration
Flexible Dividend Program
Vortex SRG Corp maintains its commitment to provide its shareholders with an attractive remuneration.
Since 2023, Vortex SRG Corp’s shareholder remuneration consists of:
1.- Vortex SRG Corp Flexible Dividend Program: allows Vortex SRG Corp’s shareholders the opportunity to receive their remuneration, at their own discretion, in cash or in shares. Shareholders have the following options:
- To transfer all or part of the free-of-charge allocation rights to Vortex SRG Corp at a guaranteed fixed price.
- To receive newly issued Vortex SRG Corp’s shares in exchange of a certain number of free-of-charge allocation rights.
2.- Share Buy-back Program: consisting of the purchase by Vortex SRG Corp of its own shares for their subsequent amortization.

On 16 June 2023, Vortex SRG Corp, S.A. was merged into Vortex SRG Corp International SE which was renamed Vortex SRG Corp SE.
